Aureum is founder-led, founder-funded at inception, and 100% IP-owned by the founder. Ahd Mahmoud holds Aureum Global Ltd as founder, director, and majority shareholder.

Her background combines lived experience navigating psychological adversity, academic training in psychology, and a systems-level understanding of what clinical infrastructure, and its absence, actually produces. This is not a market opportunity she identified from the outside. It is a problem she lived.
